The aim of the course is to increase students´ understanding about human resources management principles and procedures which are used in multi-cultural companies to attract, retain and develop their personnel. After completing the course, students understand the role and scope of HRM. They are familiar with the modern methods of human resource planning, recruitment, selection and repatriation, performance management, training and development, incentives and compensation. They can meet the challenges associated with managing people in a cross-cultural context. They are able to understand the crucial impact of good leadership for a successful and profitable international business.
