The course aims at offering modern tools for developing organizations and human resources. The objective of the course is also to develop students’ management and leadership skills in an expert organization. Moreover, the course gives the students deeper understanding on their own competences in international markets. Upon completing the course, the student is able to recognize the core competences needed in a certain business environment and also to evaluate the development needs. The student is also able to organize the ways of competence development and knowledge transfer. As a member of the organization, the student is also able to analyze his/her own role as a superior or an expert. The student understands the importance of co-operation and interaction in the development process of an organization.
