The course concentrates on building knowledge on growth strategies and innovations. The aim of the course is to provide knowledge and skills in perspectives and significance of growth, growth strategies, types of innovation, innovation strategy, innovation process, and perspectives on innovation management.

As a learning outcome a student is able evaluate various growth strategies from the perspective of the company&rsquo,s objectives and resource base. After identifying most prominent growth opportunities the student is able to plan and implement growth-oriented projects. He/she is able to promote systematic innovation activities within his/her own organization.
